- JCJuan CruzJun 24, 20261.0One word to sum up this specific Dunkin would be “terrible”. I specifically avoid this Dunkin because I know the service and food quality is always terrible. I went on June 20th after not going in a long time and I wasn’t surprised when the service I received was horrific. I ordered through the drive-thru, they got my order wrong, and never once apologized. They burned my food which I had to throw away when I got home, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and added bacon, they never put the bacon on it so I had to go back around through the drive thru, I pointed it out to the attendant at the window, then he acted like I inconvenienced him. He took the bagel back and added a few pieces of cold bacon and handed it back to me. Never once did he say sorry or even “have a nice day”, not a word came from him. I called Dunkin corporate and they said to allow 48 hours for the manager to call me and I still have yet to receive a call back from them. My advice is to spend a little more and go to Starbucks down the road.

You can check my profile and see that I spent a lot of money at Dunkin and I understand how the process works. If I order drive-through and I sit and wait for 10 minutes and I drive up to the window, I shouldn’t have somebody basically yelling at me telling me that I need to wait at the window to give them my number that I’ve already placed on my telephone. I understand why the reviews are so low when you have people like that. I think the manager or owner needs to know what’s going on because this will definitely make me drive past and go to Jon Young, which is also on my way.

- DMDoel MontesMar 18, 20261.0First off really nice people that took my order and i seen in the window although once i was handed the drink ive soon realized after taking sips of it and mixing it around that my latte had no espresso just sweetened milk atleast thats what it taste like. i would honestly go on with my day and not write a review but spending money on a drink and not having atleast the main part of it really made me upset.
