- EGElizabeth Gonzalez2 days ago1.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ today with Andy. From the moment I started placing my order in the drive-thru, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was no friendly greeting, and I had to repeat my order more than once. When I got to the window, I tried to clarify my order because I could see that I was about to be given something I had not ordered. Instead of simply listening and correcting the misunderstanding, Andy became visibly frustrated, slammed the window, and signaled for someone else to assist me. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but the way a customer is treated when trying to clarify an order matters. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or behavior I experienced. I genuinely hope Andy sees this review and chooses to use the experience as an opportunity for growth. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and basic respect. This is a place of business, not the hood—please grow up and conduct yourself accordingly!! I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this kind of customer service can easily drive people away.
