    The BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I ordered on line and they were having issues with the system. The manager got on the phone with me and quickly responded to my concerns. She apologized for the inconvenience and said my order was on them!! 🤯It’s not common these days to get great food AND service all in one!!! This was an incredible experience ~ Thank You!

    My service today was phenomenal. I walked in and Gracie greated me with a warm smile . I had a little situation with my order from the prior day Steven came up and spoke to me apologized for my prior situation assured me that him and John would make my order in a timely matter . I let Steven know that I'll leave and come back later when it's done. He told me no problem and even went above and beyond and told me he'll have Gracie call me when it's ready . Not even 15 min later I got the call and when I arrived Steven apologized once again . I opened my box and my pizza looked so yummy and fresh ! Thank you Steven,Gracie & John you all made my experience today great . I'll be coming again very soon .

    Terrible service. I waited more than 2 hours for a single pepperoni pizza and it was impossible to communicate with the store because they never answer the phone. When I went to the place, it was full of annoying customers; there were people who had been waiting for their orders for up to 3 hours. The worst thing is customer service. Some employees speak badly to people and, instead of attending to those who are waiting, they remain in the back ignoring customers and without giving any explanation. It's a completely unacceptable experience. Domino's should take urgent action with this Kissimmee branch, because such a service damages the brand's reputation. I won't order from this store again.

    1. Waiting time after I had ordered on the app doubled. They were giving out the wrong orders to people which made them had to re do my order all over again and I was here waiting for over 40 mins. 2. Customer service 0/10 !!!!!!! Very rude people, never seen people be so rude at a dominoes before Literally an older pair was trying to order here and they told them to order through the app. Not everyone is technologic to do so.

    I placed an order #38111 for two pizzas at 7:38 PM. Before paying, the estimated delivery time was 45–50 minutes. However, immediately after completing the purchase, the app changed the estimated delivery window to between 9:27 PM and 9:40 PM. The order never arrived. When I called the store, I was told that the app was not working properly and that the driver was already on the way. Before I could even finish the conversation, the employee hung up on me. I waited another 15 minutes and called back, only to be placed on hold for more than 20 minutes without anyone helping me. After waiting for over three hours for a simple pizza order, I had no choice but to drive to the store myself, despite it being nighttime and raining. On my way there, someone finally answered the phone. I explained the situation, and the only response I received was, “Say it again.” At that point, I simply informed them that I was already on my way to the store. When I arrived, I had to wait another 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. Once I explained everything again, I was met with complete indifference. There was no apology, no empathy, and no acknowledgment that they had made any mistakes. The only solution offered was to remake the order, as if making a customer wait over three hours was acceptable. When I requested a refund instead, I was told, without any concern whatsoever, that it would take 3–5 days to process. This experience was not simply about a delayed pizza. Delays happen, especially on busy nights. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service, professionalism, accountability, and basic respect shown throughout the entire experience. Hanging up on customers, leaving them on hold for over 20 minutes, making them drive to the store after waiting for hours, and then showing absolutely no empathy or even offering a sincere apology is inexcusable. The employees acted as though my time had no value and that the inconvenience they caused simply didn’t matter. Customer service is not just about making food—it is about treating people with respect when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this location completely failed in that regard. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and unless major improvements are made in how customers are treated, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
