  I'm writing this review and I'm feeling so sad because of my experience today with the store manager, Ive been coming to this location at least once a week for the last 8 years ,never had a issue and always felt welcomed by the staff. I always come with my 3 kids around 6:00 pm after picking them up from daycare where I meet my friends , we have so many memories at this location and we call it our local spot , until today 😔 the store manager was at the register witch rarely he is there at the time we go there , it was my middle childs birthday and she made a request to go to dairy Queen and get a ice cream cake while waiting on friends to gather she was so excited choosing her own cake , I noticed the store manager shaking his head at us , I ignored it than again shaking his head looking at us. I ignored it and started asking my child who was still making up her mind what cake she wanted, than again he is shaking his head at us , so i approached the register with the cake and asked him why he was shaking his head at us and what was the reason behind it. his reply was that the kid was touching the glass with her fingers . I was so confused with his answer, seriously a store manager annoyed by a customer leaving finger prints on his fridge??? He shouldn't be a store manager . How long is it gonna take you to clean that glass? 30 seconds maybe less ?? and you choose to be irrational at a CHILD instead of being a professional . So I put the cake at the register after having a back and Ford words with him and left and called my friends to do not go there and meet at different spot. Im a manager in a fast food restaurant myself, if one of my employees shook his head at a customer 3 times for touching the glass and the customer noticed and complained to me that's unacceptable (that employee is clocking out and going home). And this was not a regular day either it's my baby's birthday, she even brought her birthday balloon with her that's how much she loves that location. it's so sad that I won't be returning to this location again. Sucks cause everyone from the cook to the cashiers in the evening shift are very kind and always very welcoming. I advice the manager to learn a serious lesson on hospitality and how to treat your customers.

  Really awesome and attentive staff! The cotton candy blizzard was sooooo perfect and the fries were perfectly salted. Will be coming back!

  Just went in for a 6 pack of Dilly bars in the self serve freezer section. Servers ignore me until I made some noise.

  Asked for a sample of an ice cream and was told that they wouldn't be able to do it. They would rather I pay full price for an item I may not like, then give me a sample for me to make that determination on my own. That's how you lose business and fail to maximize revenue potential, just saying.

  I had the pleasure of downloading the app and everything I've received was really fresh. I even got a discount,Plus a free ice cream thru the rewards. The staff here are very kind and accommodating its very refreshing to come to such an establishment. I will continue to give this location business as much as I can. I also deliver on my bicycle using Uber eats the staff here are so awesome they get things done right away never keep you waiting for a long time the store is always clean the bathroom is always clean it smells good whoever is running this establishment is doing a fantastic job your team speaks volumes for you & your store. Give yourself a big pat on the back you guys deserve it. Corporate should do something nice for you all The way you guys represent the company im amazed with the Phenomenal customer service we just don't come across suck professionalism these days. Thank you for such an awesome experience.
