  I ordered my bowl through the chipotle app, paid for extra protein AND guacamole, I got to the window very excited & was greeted with bad service. I brushed it off & went home just to pull out the wrong order. They gave me someone else’s order… I went back to get the correct order just for them to STILL get my food wrong. There was no guacamole nor double protein & again, I paid extra for both.. this location always had poor service & poor food quality.

  I can't speak for the others reviews but my personal experience was amazing 10/10 the food was great ,fresh and the portions are also amazing shoutout to the team working today on May 5th y'all did a great job as far as how y'all greeted everyone coming in and making sure everyone had their items prior to payment and the kitchen staff keeping everything clean and tidy while still cooking and help prepare orders this indeed might be the best chipotle in kissimmee/st cloud area.

  Terrible service. 5 people working and no one actually doing anything but walking around acting like they’re busy. Person finally making my burrito doesn’t know proper portion sizing. Out of salsa and pico??? Yet they have 4 people supposedly prepping? Don’t come here. Also saw the cashier give me a nasty look on my way out, control your attitude and be professional

  I genuinely don’t write reviews but my experience was so bad that I need to say something. So I ordered online for pickup because I wanted a quesadilla while my sister waited in line to place her order in person. I got my food much quicker than my sister. It took my sister 25 minutes to wait in line and order. There was maybe only 5 or 6 people ahead of her. All of the employees were either talking or simply doing nothing while this one poor worker made everyone’s food. To wait 25 minutes in a chipotle line is absurd especially when only one of the employees had urgency even when the line kept getting longer. But the horror doesn’t stop there. When I went to eat my quesadilla, it was basically raw. There was only a little bit of cheese and it was completely unmelted. Obviously the employee would have had to notice that the cheese was unmelted since it was cut in half. Very disappointed in chipotle. If I had time I would have gone back and complained but I didn’t. Worst quesadilla i’ve ever had in my life.

  I dont understand how this location is still open. Half of the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The other half is terrible. They are always out of everything and online and app orders are never correct. You spend $27 bucks for two meals and you cant count on someone to read the screen and put in any effort. But dont worry everyone, I got a coupon for a free fountain drink! This is a trash location with even trashier service.
