Everyone was working in perfect organization, everything was very clean, and the staff was very fast and efficient. I would also like to mention the employee with glasses — unfortunately I don’t know his name — but he assisted my husband and me in a very polite and attentive way. I would also like to mention the woman at the register; she has blue highlights in her hair and was doing an incredible job as well. I wish other Chipotle locations could follow this same model. The organization here was perfect.

It looked as if she were serving food in her own home. This Chipotle location needs to align itself with the standards of the others; otherwise, it risks damaging the Chipotle brand and franchise.

After 15 minutes, the meat still hadn't arrived, and she asked me to choose something else, so I left. The employee , a girl, who wasn't wearing any protection for their loose hair—just a cap.

I am a vegetarian and loved having Chipotle for a delicious meal that absolutely does not exist anymore. I was sick of them getting my online order wrong literally 100% of the time so I thought I would go in and order the old fashioned way... big mistake!! The yound lady that made my burrito didn't even say hi. Just stood there awkwardly waiting for me to tell her what I wanted. Then it gets worse. Every single food container had another kind of food in it. I mean every single one. Cheese in the salsa, chicken in the corn salsa. 🤢 It was gross. I remember when Chipotle used to have a line around the block. Now it's just dirty with incompetent employees.
