And for the last month, all your employees that work after the time of 5 PM don't know, what double meat means! if I see my server give me 2 scoops of meat and I ask for double i expect 2 more scoops not half of one scoop that is unacceptable. And I don't know if I'm just unlucky, or the cook doesn't know what they're doing, either. Because the rice is almost always hard. It's not soft and fluffy. It's crunchy and disgusting. I used to love coming here when it opened now I feel like im being punished for being a return customer. Its sad to see how far this place has fallen in such little time. Until yall get your act together you've lost me as a customer. DO BETTER AND LEARN WHAT DOUBLE MEAT MEANS.

AI chatbot told me that it was ineligible for a refund and the human agent told me he hoped I’d have a better experience next time, but they did absolutely nothing to make this right. SUCKS!

The smallest portions that you could get the lettuce is almost on spray because they don't add not even 5 pieces. Chicken is almost invisible. Do better Chipotle! If you're in the store you're not getting the same bowl. Ordering delivery from here is just a 0/100
