I arrived around 9:30 PM — 1.5 hours before closing — and the place was already in full shutdown mode. They were out of nearly every protein except plain chicken, counters were covered in rice, and the kitchen was a mess with food and liquid everywhere, including a puddle by the drink station. Employees seemed annoyed that customers were even there, and a woman with pinkish hair appeared to be directing staff to tell people they only had what was left on the line. This wasn’t a one-off. This is my third visit in the past two weeks at different times, and each one has been a disappointment. Multiple customers walked out while I was there. This used to be one of my favorite spots. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Tell me why I paid $13 and the bowl wasn’t even half way full, I even asked the woman if she could fill it up just a little more because it was basically empty, and she said she was not able to. I do not think is fair that this place usually fills up the whole bowl and even a bit more, and the only time I actually wanted for it to be full, it wasn’t. Please, if i’m paying $13 at least fill it up all the way up, I can’t believe she said no when I asked her. It was basically empty. So disappointed!
