That order went well and we picked up our food. Today (now at home in Ohio), I forgot to change the pickup restaurant and order from this Chipotle. When I tried to call to cancel the order, I could not talk to a real person. I could only talk to the AI assistant. The AI informed me that they do not answer their phones and that they do not cancel orders. I even tried to get through stating it was an emergency. No one answered.

I don't mind paying for it. I just need more than the one alloted per salad. If your eating a salad, you want dressing on every bite. I serving gets me through maybe 1/3 of my salad. No Good! Lol. Other than that, one of my favorite lunches.

There was food all over the floor, several tables hadn't been cleaned, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. We let the staff know, but they didn't seem concerned and nothing was done while we were there. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations at any restaurant, and unfortunately this place didn't meet it. I won't be coming back.
