  Would not recommend doing a mobile order here unless you enjoy waiting an hour for your food, me and my buddy placed our orders at 8:30pm, he got his order at 9:30, got mine at 9:15. The line of people also waiting for their orders was longer than a DMV line. Me and some random guy had a good laugh about how much of a joke that experience was.

  they are nice, but they never care about peoples well beings. this is the 3rd time that I have slipped on their floor, getting hurt the first time, and they still do nothing about it. I will be reporting them to the higher up and also reporting them for neglection. they need sued and dealt with for their floors being wet and not caring to dry them.

  Ordered for pickup at the window. Car in front of me sat there with nobody at the window for 15 minutes, so I parked and went inside. Got home everything was ice cold, the “large chips” was a small chip in a large bag, my tacos had like 3 pieces of chicken in each, and our bowl had a long black hair at the bottom of it. Waste of money

  I visited this establishment with my family, consisting of four members. We ordered two adult meals to share with our children, who are two and six years old, this establishment might not be a good atmosphere if you are sharing meals with your younger kids. Upon checkout, I requested that a wrap be added to our order. The cashier, named John, (oriental looking dude) appeared somewhat unfamiliar with what a wrap is; he seemed perplexed until I clarified that I meant a tortilla wrap. He subsequently expressed annoyance when I asked about the wrap, mentioning that it would cost fifty cents, with a disapproving expression. It seemed as though he perceived the additional item as a burden. Before leaving the table, I inquired about the name of the wrap at this location, and he confirmed it as a tortilla; however, he did not recognize it as a tortilla wrap. This suggests that the cashier may benefit from additional customer service training to better handle such requests. His confused response when asked for a wrap indicates a possible area for improvement. It is concerning to observe a decline in customer service quality, similar to issues experienced by other fast-food chains such as Popeyes. To enhance service standards, it may be beneficial to compare practices with establishments like Chick-fil-A, known for their customer service excellence. Would not visit this established ever again, sorry Chipotle you lost a customer forever.

  Here for a work conference and was starving after working all day. The lady who was taking orders did not say a single word to me and forgot multiple items I wanted on my bowl. Couldn’t even get it on the side when I asked for it. And when brought up to the guy checking me out he said “to be fair there’s a lot of talking in here” uhm? Almost like that’s your job. Won’t be back. If I could give negative I would. Not to mention our chips are stale. Thought you guys made them daily.
