We ordered separately, yet somehow everyone in my group received and finished their food while I was still waiting with nothing. I finally had to go up to the counter and ask where my order was because it had been such a long time. The interactions with the staff were honestly frustrating and uncomfortable. Every time I asked a question, I was met with blank stares, no urgency, and almost an attitude of “just get out of my face.” One employee handed me what looked like the first Oreo shake he saw with no whipped cream, no cherry, and no confirmation it was even mine. Another employee told me he was “just the cleaner” and couldn’t help. Others would acknowledge me for a second and then walk away mid-conversation without resolving anything. After waiting even longer, I had to go back up because I still never received my food. At that point, I was questioned about whether I even had a receipt, which honestly made me feel like they thought I was lying. One employee had already told me he saw my name on the board, yet when the manager came over, she acted confused and unsure how to help until I physically pulled up the receipt on my phone. The entire process was chaotic, disorganized, and unnecessarily stressful, especially while trying to manage two children. On top of that, my 10-year-old took my toddler into the play area and came back saying there were bugs and spider webs deep inside the playground area. The restaurant overall felt dirty, unorganized, and poorly managed, which is extremely surprising because Chick-fil-A is usually known for a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service. What made the experience even worse was watching employees handling fries with bare hands, eating around the prep area, and seeming completely disconnected from the customers. There was no professionalism, no attentiveness, and no sense of urgency the entire visit. I’ve honestly never had such a disappointing experience at a Chick-fil-A before. It felt like a complete waste of money and time, and I truly hope someone reaches out because this location seriously needs improvement in both cleanliness and staff training.
