  Waited an hour for my on line order. Still haven't gotten my meal. The older white lady was rude and should be fired. She was rude to every customer. 30 MINS LATER....... Update: got my food 1 1/2 hours later after waiting at the pick up window. I notice my order that was handed to me was sitting there since I came to pick it up. The workers do not come up to the window to ask your name to see if your order is ready. When I did tell the older white lady my name she didn't even look to see if my order was ready she told me they were just too busy and she'll get to it when she gets to it. My order was ready and she refused to look for my name. I WOULD HAVE eaten ‼️‼️‼️‼️SPOILED ROTTEN FOOD‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ because this old lady who had some of the WORST HYGIENE I've ever seen lady, couldn't be bothered to look for my bag. The old lady that wanted to give everyone a major attitude and I absolutely think corporate needs to have a conversation with ******the lady that was working May 9th into May 10th that was a white lady probably in her mid to late 50s***** THE FOOD: This was my fries that was half empty before I even got them. My hamburger did not have any pickles onions or tomato and maybe three shreds of lettuce on it. The customer service was absolutely horrible and when I finally got my meal I seen it was sitting there for an hour they just wouldn't listen to my name when I told them that I was looking for my food. If that lady was the manager and you need a new manager let me know I'll go apply, I could run circles around that lady.

  Honestly, I have no idea how it’s possible that they still have people like that working there. I just wanted to ask about my pickup order—since the DoorDash app indicated that it was ready—but a young woman came out and started shouting profanities at me, and immediately afterward, the manager treated me terribly; all of this simply for asking if my food was ready. I truly hope someone sees this and takes the necessary measures, because they kept telling me that there are only two employees working there, complaining that the company won't hire more staff.

  Checkers the location is fine. Haven't had ot in 11 years. Food taste the same but didnt realize the portions were small. Still it was fine. 1. Chicken Wings - prepare to wait of you order. We got the medium buffalo and ot tasted a little soggy but it was still good. 2. Classic Burger and Chili Dog as part of the 2 for 5 was good. 3. The bacon burger was good. Again its been a long time since I have gone last. What I did find weird was we ordered and paid and was given the receipt and then had to go to the other drive thru and submit the receipt to get the food. It ws fine but just strange.

  The food was gross and they said thst the company has a rule not to except $2 bills which is complete BS. I should have known when all the buisnesses around them were busy and they were dead.

  Creio que no sistema Drive Thru o serviço deva ser mais eficiente quando comparado aos pedidos e retirada direto no caixa. Aguardar 25 minutos por 5 tiras de frango empanado e ainda pegar o seu pedido mediante cobrança porque esqueceram de entregar, tem q haver muita paciência.
