  CAVA truly gained some loyal customers today thanks to ELICIA. She gave us some of the best customer service — so kind, sweet, welcoming, and patient. Thank you for making our experience such a great one and honestly making us fall in love with CAVA even more!

  First time at this location and unfortunately all 3 of us were disappointed. I ordered a rice bowl with mixed basmati and brown rice. The brown rice they gave me was basically the burnt pieces from the bottom of the pan. It was so hard that I stopped eating it because I felt like I could chip a tooth. The falafel they gave me looked like it was cooked in old oil. Another order included steak that we paid an extra for. The steak was extremely hard and chewy. Another meal wasted. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I really wish people cared more about the food they’re serving and the quality of the product. We barely ate any of our food. Really disappointing experience.

  Very clean location and fast workers. The only thing I’ve noticed since coming here about 3 times now is the portion of the rice is pretty low but you could always add extra for like $2 more. There toppings are amazinggggggg they have so many to choose from along with different kinds of hummus and sauces that don’t cost extra to add on (a few do). All in all I highly recommend!

  The food is delicious, fresh and plentiful but we love the way the employees treat us. Every time we go to this Cava and we go ALOT we get consistent top level customer service. Today, May 1st, 2026 we visited here and the place was pretty crowded and the employees didn't show any frustration, they made us feel like we were the best part of their day. Shouout to Christian, Skylar, Nico, Elisia. Elisia went above and beyond, she is a top notch employee. I wish I knew the cook's name, she came out of the kitchen to let us know that she was preparing one of the proteins that I ordered and the wait time, that's doing business the right way! Cliff is the GM, he doesn't want any recognition, he would rather his team have the admiration but a good team is only as good as the leadership in the business. Cliff is a friendly GM and he works just as hard as his team. He works hard to keep this store running smoothly. I believe they do a terrific job handling the customers and to make sure you have a pleasant experience. We will drive a far distance to.dine here at Cava!

  I had such an amazing experience at Cava in Orlando Florida, and it was all because of Christin! We’re actually from Chicago and both work in the food industry ourselves, so we know firsthand how rare genuine customer service can be these days and Christin absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked up, she was incredibly kind, patient, and just had such a warm, positive energy. We had a pretty large order (four meals), and although another employee passed it over, Christin stepped right in without hesitation and handled everything with grace and care. Not once did she make us feel like it was an inconvenience she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You could truly feel the love and attention she put into preparing our food. Every step of the way, she was friendly, professional, and intentional with her service, which honestly stood out to us in the best way. Christin is a gem. In an industry where great service can be hard to come by, she reminds you what it’s supposed to feel like. Because of her, we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you for making our experience so special!
