  My food was absolutely delicious! It was my first time and an employee, Gianna, was super helpful with her recommendations according to my preferences. The food was at a good temperature and was super yummy! The place was clean and the line wasn’t long at all. Overall a great experience.

  DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT. I’ve never had a bad experience up until tonight. The night staff was absolutely awful, Made me cry because of how rude they were. On top of that after giving me the smallest piece of salmon they have which was an up-charge by the way. And then getting the sauce wrong and pouring it all over my bowl. Looking at me like i was such an inconvenience to remake it for. I get it, when it’s late at night people just want to go home, but as someone who’s worked in the fast food industry myself and closed multiple times, this is not the way to treat staff or people. I’m completely disgusted with their unprofessional behavior, save your money and your time, go somewhere with nicer people working.

  I cannot rave enough about the service at this location. They were so nice and friendly and helped my niece, who was a first time visitor, really customized her meal into what she wanted. As a frequent CAVA visitor, I was not disappointed. Clean, quite, comfortable, and the food was delicious as always.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing every single time! The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, the portions are generous, and there’s so much variety that you can make something different every visit. Every component is packed with flavor, from the perfectly seasoned proteins to the dips, toppings, and dressings. The staff is always welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly, even during busy hours. Everything is prepared with care, and the restaurant is consistently clean and well organized. If you’re looking for a meal that’s fresh, filling, and full of flavor, CAVA never disappoints. It’s quickly become one of my favorite places to eat, and I recommend it to everyone. Five stars without hesitation!

  I understand folks wanting to go home, but it should be understood that customers will still come in as closing time approaches. So all of the specialty juices/lemonades shouldn't be put away already. On top of being told we couldn't get any of them, we saw another employee making to-go/mobile orders such included one of the non-fountain lemonades. We had to ask again after setting that it was still available. Again, I can't blame the staff for wanting to close to shop to facilitate getting done as soon as possible, but the actual closing time is established and should be adhered to for items that are available.
