I love this place, but I often feel uncomfortable with the cashiers. They can come across as rude. One experience that stood out was when another employee said “Closed!” within earshot while I was just holding my food, and the cashier still hit me with an abrupt “Bye” right after I paid. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate because the store itself is really nice.

I would like to bring attention to a recent experience I had while ordering food at your establishment. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet expectations.
The employee who assisted us displayed an unprofessional and discourteous attitude during the interaction. Additionally, our order was not prepared correctly. We requested two orders of white rice with beans one with black beans and the other with red beans but both were served with black beans.
While mistakes can happen, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address the issue made the experience disappointing. I hope this feedback can be used to improve both customer service and order accuracy moving forward.

Me cobraron $9 por un sandwich con un pedazo de jamón y un pedazo de queso! Lo que estoy comiendo es pan!! Mejor voy a Publix or Subway. No gasten su dinero que no vale la pena!!
