  Normally not a fast food review giver, but London was so cool and was getting it done. Shoutout to her! The food was amazing in comparison to other Bojangles I've been to. Will come again :))

  Went thru the drive thru at 8:50 pm (they close at 11pm) to order chicken. Before I could order the employee says “we just sold 100 chicken strips in the last hour, we have no more strips and will not have anymore tonight. We only have sides”. I replied ok, do you have regular chicken? She says “we never sell chicken on the bone, only strips”. I didn’t know bojangles has partial menus at its stand alone locations. There was no indication of this. Very disappointing.

  I’m visiting from New York and was excited to finally try Bojangles, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The employee taking my order was rude and impatient while I was asking questions about the menu. Since I wasn’t familiar with the items, I expected a little more courtesy and customer service. After placing my order, I was instructed to pull over and wait nearly 15 minutes just for biscuits. To make matters worse, I was charged for gravy that was never included in my order. Long wait times can happen, but poor customer service and missing items make the experience even more frustrating. As a first-time customer visiting from out of state, this was not the impression I was hoping to leave with.

  Much better than the last two times I've been there. Especially ordering ahead with the app every time. The 1st time, my order was ready 10 minutes after the promised time. I can accept that, but it didn't seem that busy. And the food was good enough to go back for a 2nd chance. Unfortunately, it was Memorial Day, a holiday. The morning crew seemed shorthanded and asked that I park and come inside as there was a 10 minute delay. The manager on duty didn't act like a manager at all. She was making biscuits and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but at work. She was very unprofessional too. I ended up waiting 40 minutes past the promised time to get that order. She was rude to other customers as well. I waiting for my order butI decided not to go back. This time, 4th of July, also a holiday, my order was ready on time, complete and accurate. No wait time and the entire morning staff was very professional and friendly. Including the Manager on duty! KUDOS to this entire crew! It's enough for me to continue returning!
