  Bojangles it was located in Orlando Florida, dislocation all those same flavor good taste they did not serve chicken pieces like breast Wing thighs all they had was tenders in the size but the food was very good all the same but a little disappointing cuz I was looking for chicken with the bone.

  Would not recommend. This is the 3rd time we have tried eating here and there is always a delay with food. Told us there would be a delay with food, but then had the audacity to call us back up to pay for ranch dressing. Could not even provide biscuits for the inconvenience. The beverage station was dirty. My grilled chicken sandwich did not look like it was cooked all the way through and barely any seasoning on the fries. Probably would have charged us if we asked for more. Will never come back to this location. I will go out of my way to the Poinciana location. Friendlier staff and food very flavorful.

  First, Let me start out by saying, I am a local And I frequent this place and I’ve received always good service. Never any complaints, today was the first time I had a bad experience and it was pretty bad. I always like to assume the best and not be that guy or a Karen, but there was only one family in front of me and it took them almost 7 minutes to acknowledge I was even there. No big deal I’m over it. They took my order. Then they tell me they have basically nothing except chicken tenders, no mac & cheese no chicken sandwich, no nothing. OK, cool fine, whatever. Then I walk out and I find out when I get home that I have the wrong order. I got charged for 10 tenders and only got 6. Admittedly, that is partially my fault I should’ve checked the bag before I left, But it was just a small series of events That led up to me, getting irritated about it. I usually don’t. I just accepted it and moved on with my day. But this time was not OK though. I called them like 8 times to ask about it and no answer. This place has always served me good and I know they’re capable of doing better so I’m just gonna assume it was an off day but I still wasn’t the biggest fan of it all. The family In front of me got everything that they wanted. Not Bojangles’s fault and not the staff’s fault, it’s Florida’s fault because unfortunately, unless you’re a tourist with a huge family Ordering dinner when you just came back from Disney, you’re the minority and you will always get screwed over.

  Don’t typically like leaving reviews especially negative reviews but here it goes. I have been to this location about 5 times since it has opened and every time seemed to get worse. The food overall is consistent that’s not the issue. The issue is a lack of staffing that creates insane wait times for someone looking to come in for a quick meal. The last 2 times between waiting in front of an unmanned register and finally getting to place my order to actually getting my food the wait had to be over 30 minutes. Today I walked in, there were 2 people in line in front of me and 3 people waiting for food. I waited for about 5 minutes and nobody had even acknowledged the people waiting in line and about 5 people had come in after me. After my previous experiences I just decided to walk out. I don’t want to discredit the staff working there because it seemed like they were hustling around but whoever is scheduling needs to figure it out. Hopefully the one in Saint Cloud will be better for us kissimmee folks

  I am so disappointed... I walked in to this location on a Saturday at 1pm to find a line of people with no one at the counter and they were completely out of biscuits. And all the employees were just walking around with no purpose, this is not how you run one of these locations... I have to add to this review I wrote this review this morning when I came to this location... I now returned a second time this evening to try again... Upon walking in both trash cans inside the door are completely full, there are 4-5 employees. I have managed fast food restaurants for almost 10 years.. this is by far the worst thing I have ever seen the general manager who has his name on the door should be so embarrassed. I'd like to add they were not even busy what so ever...
