- JPJordan P5 days ago1.0I wish I would read the reviews before stepping foot inside this location. The lady scooping our ice cream had an attitude from the start like if she didn’t want to be there. I dropped my ice cream because of the cheap flimsy plastic spoonand I asked if they could replace it. She said no we don’t do that. She charged me anyway $7 for ice cream that accidentally fell seconds after it was given to me. Very nasty employees and owner. If you’re looking for good customer service and ice cream that’s not stale, go somewhere else and support a local small business.

Was actually on the phone and told us to tell him when we’re ready. Made me decide to not even get any ice cream. So disappointed, I drove 40 minutes for a Ben and Jerry’s milkshake. This location needs to hire better employees.
