The woman behind the counter was on her phone the entire time, talking on the phone while serving our ice cream. She got some of the orders wrong, was complaining about her job on the phone, and didn’t quite acknowledge us. They also didn’t have basic flavors like Vanilla and Chocolate, the Strawberry flavor was scraped, barely hanging on. Seriously, terrible. I dislike leaving bad reviews, but for eight-dollar ice cream? I expect good service and someone who is NOT on their phone, talking bad about their shifts. Let’s try to be more professional, please.

The customer service was really subpar; there was no music, the store was run-down, and the sign was faded. It’s a real shame, given the high-quality ice cream.
