  ​Popped in here as it was right by my hotel. As a British tourist, the portion sizes and prices were absolutely amazing—incredible value for money compared to back home! ​The staff were lovely and I definitely got the "accent bonus" (the special treatment was a nice touch). However, the wait time was horrific, which was bizarre considering the place was completely dead. Clearly a bit short-staffed, which is a shame because the food itself was spot on. ​The Verdict: Go for the food and the friendly faces, but don't expect it to be "fast" food!

  Very disappointing 1st and only experience at Arby’s. My order was somehow lost, which resulted in a long and frustrating wait with no clear communication from staff. When I finally received my food, it was completely wrong. I specifically requested no bacon on my sandwich because I cannot eat bacon, yet it was still included. On top of that, I ordered the French Dip Royale without garlic aioli, and it came with it anyway—making the sandwich inedible for me and ultimately ending up in the trash. To make matters worse, my order didn’t even include the crinkle fries I paid for. So to sum it up: long wait, lost order, wrong ingredients, missing items, and food I literally couldn’t eat. This wasn’t just a bad visit—it was a complete failure from start to finish!

  General Arby's is one of my favorite restaurants. This location did not offer crinkle fries which was a problem for me because I do not like the curly fries. I was told that this was a trial run to see how it goes not offering them but for me it's an epic fail.
