  I have been here 3 times in the last month, with my family members; different ones, at different times. I am always greeted by Xaria , and Jenn Q, when I’m ready to order, and their customer service is excellent. I also always see Jenn, making sure the dining room is clean. Always excellent food and service, when we arrive, to walking out the door. The only thing I do suggest, is that they add a few more different flavored BBQ sauces, on the tables (maybe a sweet, a mustard, and a mild-tangy sauce). 😃 👏

  Just nowhere near as good as the Winter Park location. Food is just average at best for the price, and the people are not great either.

  Let's see where shall I start. First thing is I asked for baked Mac and cheese and got regular Mac and cheese, like kraft. Okay next, the turnips/collard tasted straight from the can with vinegar added, they could at least dressed it up a little. Next the ribs i got were not cooked completely and I don't send food back because I don't trust people when you are complaining about your food,.so im taking it home and finish cooking it. Lastly the brisket they gave my husband was all broken up and he asked for a mixture of fat and little fat, why was most of it fat, but the lady behind us asked for the same thing and got some nicely sliced pieces, let that sink in. For the amount we paid for the food for it to be the way it was, is very unacceptable. I hope they read this review and get it right for the next person because we won't be back.

  Honestly if I could rate a zero then I would for the simple reason the food was absolutely cold and tasteless. The two employees were not friendly when interacting with them Burnt end meat with my salad was scraps of chopped meat with dried cabanzo beans and a handful of greens. The ribs was cold, two sandwiches was also cold and sauce less. We also had tacos which was not hot and tasteless. Will not recommend or return.

  I'll start out by saying the food is always amazing. There always fresh always hot. The problem I have is the portions. It seems to be depending on who is giving you the portion of your food. I got one to go order. The box was full of pulled chicken, and it was great. Went in the next day and got a box literally half full, so they should probably straighten that out.I have no problem ordering double meat.If that's the case, but it's just not consistent.
