  Great plant-based Cafe. Rustic and quaint with very creative and flavorful food. We had the FLT and tofurky sandwich special, and a couple of fresh squeezed juices. The service was very friendly and her recommendations were spot-on.

  The food here was truly delicious! I wanted to try everything on the menu! The cafe menu is 100% vegan. They have tons of different sandwiches to choose from including some daily specials. I got the Peaceful Tempeh the first time and the Marinated Tofu another time, both were incredibly flavorful! I love that they have gluten free bread as an option for the sandwich. The gluten free sandwich bread is small and thin, so they double layered it. The key lime vinaigrette was the best salad dressing. We had lunch there 2 days in a row so we could try multiple items on the menu. It did not disappoint. They also have a whole health foods store in the same building with lots of great items. Next time we are in town, we will definitely go back. Found this place on Happy Cow, where it got 5 stars. Highly recommend!

  This is a wonderful combination organic health food shop with an adjacent cafe that serves a nice selection of vegan items included fresh juices, smoothies, organic coffees, soups, sandwiches, salads and bowls. I ordered a vegetable soup, veggie burger with salad, a beet juice and organic decaf coffee. All the items were delicious and served promptly. The owner/chef that prepared my order was courteous and accommodating. After my meal I purchased some products from the shop including organic chia seeds and a slice of a freshly made blueberry and coconut cake. The cafe has outdoor seating available and some limited indoor counter seating. The ambiance is relaxed and tranquil. The cafe is a great place to have a tasty healthy vegan meal prepared and served by friendly staff in a laid back environment and the shop is well stocked and organized with a huge variety of healthy food products including frozen and refrigerated goods.

  I loved it so much I needed to eat there twice in one day! Angela is an absolute angel and the food is so healthy and delicious 🤤!!
