  Stood there and waited for I don’t know how long. The sign said screen is out of order press the red button. I did and there was.. nothing.. Drove to the drive thru waited again.. and nothing.. so I ordered nothing.. the place is nothing.. management get your house in order. @sonic take action! Edit; reading the other reviews @Sonic it’s been like this for sometime. Your marketing reply doesn’t change anything about the situation. Taking action might..

  Poorly managed. Menu items often not available. Staff cannot give refunds on items ordered with the app, so your money is held hostage if you don't accept a same-priced substitute from the menu. Absolutely rediculous business to deal with. Fire everyone, and start over! 👎👎👎💩
