  ⭐️ ONE STAR — only because zero isn’t an option. Hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The slush machine wasn’t working. The drive-thru speaker wasn’t working. Fine—things break. So we drove up to the window to order. And then the employee literally DISAPPEARED. We sat at the window waiting. We beeped the horn repeatedly. Nothing. My kids finally got out and walked around the entire restaurant trying to find someone—NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE IN SIGHT. It genuinely seemed like the woman working the window was hiding so she wouldn’t have to take our order. If you hate your job that much, please find another one. Customers shouldn’t have to play hide-and-seek with the staff just to order food. Broken equipment, nonexistent customer service, and an employee who apparently vanished into another dimension. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this Sonic. Actually I can’t even remember any good sonic experience. Owners should spend more on staff and less on advertising. The commercials are so enticing but the product and experience they advertise does not exist. Totally catfishing us!

  Look. I love Sonics. As a company. It makes my heart sing when I see one of their stores while on a road trip. But this Sonics- does not. Probably once every 3 months I'll break down and give them another chance, only to be hurt again. Menu items are routinely not available. Orders are incorrectly prepared- like preparing and delivering wrong/different items than ordered. Ive even been totally stiffed before. If you can avoid it, steer clear of this one. Go to DQ. 2 stars because they always have cherry limeade...so far.

  Terrible experience. The employee don’t even know how to take order. They don’t know what they have in the menu. Food is salty. Ewwww
