- ASALBERTO SURIJun 14, 20261.0Horrible i placed an order online i had to wait 1:30 min and i went to ask for my order again the lady there look like crazy shaking hands no even talk to me i have to call the other guy in the back I believe john is his name he talk to the lady and she went to find my order missing the half of the order and I asked for a refund she no even answer my question about the refund and the guy john so mad yelling me said i am busy now i am busy ??!! Well i have to called the police in order to get my refund after 2 hours if go by and that lady and the other guy john walk away they both new to find a better job according with their personally

- DPD PerryMay 3, 20265.0Ordered cheesy bread and a couple of drinks. Papa John’s like most places in key west rely on door dashers to deliver for them. After over an hour not receiving my order I went to the store and was literally proven that my order left their store an hour before. Apparently the door dasher this particular time picked up the order, left the store but never delivered the order. She canceled at some point and it kept pawning it off on other drivers that were told the order was already picked up. This was not a Papa John’s issue it was a delivery driver issue. The owner Jay and his staff remade the order pretty fast and were very apologetic and professional thru out the whole ordeal and took care of my order. Great team and great food.
