  Went up to have a simple dinner at outback, everything was wonderful. I got great service from the bartender who is very friendly. When the food came out it was hot and fresh. I sat at the bar and realized I knew somebody around the corner having a birthday dinner with a friend. The whole group of us that they're in talks for about an hour while we enjoyed ourselves. I couldn't have asked for a better night.

  This Outback is genuinely exceptional. The staff is fantastic, and the food is easily some of the best in Key West. Whenever visitors ask where locals actually eat, I point them straight to Outback. The food is super fresh, the service is consistent, and the prices are normal national pricing — none of the inflated tourist‑menu stuff you see around town. Do yourself a favor and check out our Key West Outback. It’s the real deal. A+

  We were picking up yesterday, want to eat some steak , I was ordered steak with chicken and with top of cheese and mushrooms, rice and French fries it was really good, service was not bad , but my husband ordered steak which was burnt, and lobster which we did not get either , and salad, tried to reach with manager , they just put us on hold and lost , for this price they could check everything, it’s too expensive for this food , small portion

  Food was decent as one would expect Service was bad. Man with black hair and beard was condescending or trying to be funny. Waited a long time for main meal. Never checked on us we had to flag another server for water as it seemed hot and when we asked she said they were having ac issues and she forgot the waters. Our server then brought us the waters after we paid the bill to leave.

  I recently visited this Outback Steakhouse, and while it satisfied the craving for a classic steakhouse dinner, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The Food: The meal was exactly what you would expect from a chain like this. Everything was consistent with the brand—the flavors were familiar, the portions were decent, and it hit the spot if you're looking for that specific "Outback" taste. No real surprises here, just standard fare. The Service: Unfortunately, the service was the low point of the night. It was **incredibly slow** from start to finish. We spent a lot of time waiting for drinks, refills, and eventually the check. It didn’t seem like the staff was intentionally ignoring us, but the pace was definitely dragging, which made the meal take much longer than it should have. Final Verdict: If you aren't in a hurry and just want a reliable meal, it's fine, but be prepared to settle in for a long wait. I’d recommend coming only if you have plenty of time to spare.
