  We visited this ice cream shop and purchased four cups. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing because when I urgently asked for the restroom key, the staff member refused to provide it. On top of that, her attitude toward customers was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. I understand that businesses may have rules regarding restroom access, but the way the situation was handled could have been much more respectful and courteous. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed.

  Most expensive and stingy portion of any Haagan -Daz I have ever visited. Over $15 for a bottle of Coke Cola and the tiniest scoop of ice cream I have ever seen.

  The service was excellent, but the lemon pie tasted like something bought at the supermarket. Considering the price, the quality was 1 out of 10.
