  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service my daughter and I received at this establishment. We stood patiently in line for several minutes, waiting for our turn to be assisted. When it was finally our turn, the employee completely bypassed us and proceeded to serve the gentleman who was standing behind us. I politely brought it to her attention that we had been waiting and had not yet been assisted. Her response was simply, “Okay,” yet she continued serving the customer behind us without acknowledging or correcting the situation. At that point, I chose to leave the store. I should never have to explain to an employee that my daughter and I deserve the same basic courtesy and respect as every other customer. Poor customer service and disrespectful treatment are not something I am willing to support. I hope management takes this experience seriously and addresses how customers are treated, because no one should leave a business feeling disregarded or unwelcome.

  En este mes de julio hemos ido ya dos veces ha estado heladería y quiero comentar la mala actitud de las dos trabajadoras,no tienen ningún tipo de ganas de trabajar muy mala actitud si no les gusta lo que hacen balanse de allí lo están arruinando porque la calidad de los productos son muy buenos pero la mala cara y actitud está arruinando ese lugar espero que algún mánager mire mi comentario y las corija o la saquen no merecen estar allí muy mala actitud y con todos The two women working there have a very bad attitude; we’ve been there twice now, and they always seem unwilling to help and give customers dirty looks.

  I’m giving it three stars because the smoothie was really good. The other reviews cover everything else. The building is run down, and the staff aren't particularly friendly. It's also very expensive.

  Please spend your money somewhere else. Absolutely rude staff at this location. Male employee went to serve the customer behind us in line, when we spoke up, he started yelling at our young child that he couldn’t hear her order so he went back to waiting on the customer behind us. Who in their right mind speaks and acts that way? We did allow our daughter to complete her order but the employee kept yelling at my husband, saying that he doesn’t have time to wait and listen to a child - I’m sorry but what? But he of course has time to say all this? One of weirdest encounters I’ve had and we live in a large urban area. I can only imagine how disturbed you must be to speak to a small child that way when a child is trying to order an ice cream cone. So sad for that man. Do not buy ice cream from sad and disturbed people. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
