Asked for all the toppings, the employees seemed extremely reluctant/disinterested, and was handed the toppings in an aluminum box. What do they expect me to do, assemble the burger with my bare hands? Five Guys has gotten so expensive these days, it's literally not worth it anymore - there are better burgers out there that don't mess up your order and then throw it in your face.

The grill staff were having more excitement standing around chatting and and laughing to one another rather than attempting to get the ever increasing line down. When you are quiet, have fun, chat, but when you are busy dont do it at the expense of the customer. I got my money back and left. I could have cooked for the whole line by myself in the time it would have taken 6 or 7 of them to reach me at 2nd in line
