  Terrible experience. We waited over 2 hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, they forgot the fries for 7 meals, our Happy Meal was missing, the fries we did get were cold, and several instructions were ignored. Very disappointing service and order accuracy. Would not recommend this location.

  McDonald’s is always a good place to stop for something to eat, drink, a fast snack, or wake me up coffee. They also have clean restrooms.

  06.12.26 , 0745 hrs . _ Ive worked at McD's in the past and Service nowadays just plain Sucks at most McD's. Staff dont even speak. Came thru Drive Thru. Recirded Msg says , " Fonyou want to use the App ?" I say No , Ty . Im waiting for a McD's employee to prompt me tp order , for example _ Welcome to McDonalds pls order when ready. Or maybe , Ty for choosing McD's, I,ll take your order . But Nothing but Silence , so Im thinking maybe theyre busy..... then the order Drive and a guy just pulls up and starts talking , takingorders his order , the staff say OK . THIS is the reason why Chik Fil A has a Line around the store _. the staff are courteaus and Speak as Humans with introductions, Ty's and Welcomes. Pathetic. What a POS McD's. recommend goung to Dennys Cuban Rest. or Vicky's or Harrietttes for BFast.

  Look, I am not someone who reviews restaurant chains, especially a place like McDonald's. Out of all the fast food places in the world, McDonald's is the LAST place I go to. I only go when it's the only place for miles.... and that brings us here to McDonald's in Key Largo. After a long day of flights and drives and hotels, we were making the final three hour drive from Miami to Marathon FL. I was starving (we were up at 430am, it was now 1pm and i hadn't eaten a thing) and there wasn't much to see as we were driving through the keys. I told my sister that the next place I saw I needed to stop to eat. As we rounded the corner we saw the golden arches. I swung into the drive thru and ordered a bacon double quarter pounder meal (waaay too much food for me but that's how hungry I was). I don't know what this Key Largo McDonald's was doing differently than everywhere else, but it was the best McDonald's meal I had ever had. Fresh hot fries! Delicious burger! Excellent dr pepper! My sister agreed that the food was better than all the places in New England. We liked it so much we stopped on our way back to Miami and it was just as good. If you're in the area, stop here for a quick lunch!

  We spend an actual hour on the drive tru and they were taking everyone’s else order except for us we left the house at 11:40 pm arrive at 11:50 pm and left at 1:00am all that time in the drive tru they better do something about it bc I have anxiety issues and it was a horrible experience
