  I am a usual customer, and everything would go smoothly, till today. May 16, 2026, at about 9:20, I ordered the usual, Duncalate, snacking bacon and a bagel with cream cheese, everything went as normal, I then paid, got my coffee. But it seemed like the food was not ready, so the lady told me to go into the parking lot, and so I did. Well I was in a hurry, had to be at some place at 9:45 but it would take me about 10 to 15 minutes to reach my destination after eating, but if it would take at least 5 minutes, I thought it was ok, well 15 minutes passed, and I was still waiting outside, then a lady brings me an order, but when I opened it was someone else’s. So what I did was go inside, very calmly and informed them, I gave them the food that did not belonged to me, but when I asked about my food, they started asking each other as if looking for who’s fault it was, then they were going to start making my food, at this time, 15 minutes later, I just had to leave, money lost I guess, they did not threat me bad or anything, but man, my time is valuable. I left in a hurry and still reached late at my destination. Sadly.

  Went for nurses week free coffee and couldn't believe how rude their employees were when I just asked about it. I ended up getting something after they had me wait out front for 10 minutes but I don't think it had any coffee in it. I was actually scared to even try it. I will try and post a picture of the "coffee." I appreciated the offer from the company but way to make someone late and feel like shit.

  Worst dunkin in St Pete area , workers super lazy , super bad attendance, not going there anymore , I’ll think about to change to another chain of coffee store , don’t waste your time in that dunkin ….

  The young crew at the 96 location of Dunkin has a completely superior vibe of friendly interaction than other locations. They know my favorite orders and greet me by my name and I look forward to stopping there in the morning.
