  The team at Häagen-Dazs in Dadeland Mall is absolutely amazing! I stop by almost every day, whether it’s for a coffee or some ice cream, and every single person is consistently friendly, smiling, and welcoming. They work with such a great sense of urgency, are incredibly hardworking, and always make the experience enjoyable. I wish I could mention everyone by name because they all deserve the recognition. It’s rare to find a team that’s this consistently positive and professional. Thank you all for always brightening my day you truly are the best!

  Häagen-Dazs at Dadeland Mall. Sunday, june 21, around 4:35 pm. I went to the coffee counter to buy a coffee. A teenager approached (he wasn't wearing a name tag); I greeted him, he replied, and then he walked over to the ice cream section. He didn't ask if I needed anything; he just said "hello" and left. Then another teenager named Jose came over and called the first one back to ask why he hadn't helped me; the unnamed young man claimed he had never seen me. Jose told me, "Okay, that's it—he says he didn't see you," and then both of them walked away. Afterward, the guy without the name tag started laughing with his coworkers. Liars really bother me; I don't think it's a good idea to hire people wihout education for customer service roles when they don't even know the meaning of respect. I'm leaving this review, though I notice they don't seem to respond to them—which likely reflects the management style at this Dadeland Mall location. I’m going to contact corporate headquarters so they don't let ill-mannered kids ruin the reputation of the Häagen-Dazs brand.

  I have to give this review thank to Lauren who served us, her smile, warm greeting, eye contact, and desire to serve us with joy and great customer service made this special. She is definitely a pioneer of great service. My hats off to her.

  Colocaria cero pero no hay la opción cierran a las 7 y la maquina de café la cierran una hora y media antes es de mal gusto ir a un local a comprar y que le digan a uno esta cerrado el café una hora y media antes del cierre .... esto no es culpa de lis chicos que son excelentes todos pero parece mal no poder comprar algo faltanfo una hora y media de cierre
