I was looking forward to this Cava opening since I've had Cava at other locations and really enjoyed it. I went on a Wednesday and while the line is quite long, it does go by fast. Yet, I was really disappointed with the customer service at this location. The employees seemed to not want to be there and were quite rude. I understand dealing with the long lines and constant customers can be tough, but the workers didn't even speak to us. They would just nod or shake their heads. Other than the horrible customer service, the food was good.

LOVE this Cava. Went there with my family and they were super patient with my large party. Staff was super nice, efficient and the portion sizes were better than expected. Employees handled the rush super well considering it was one of the first weeks. That bowl keeps me more than full for the day and I get to eat the rest later. I love to eat the pita chips, especially the sour cream and onion ones. I also really like the juices they have to offer. If you play your cards right, your bowl comes out to a great price while still having a good amount of food. I paid around 15 dollars for my whole meal which i think it great for the quality and taste of the food.
Originally, I wasn't satisfied because I had placed an online order and waited over two hours for delivery. When I called the store, I was told my order wasn't in the queue or the delivery section. I was incredibly frustrated, but the reason I’m writing this review is to give a massive shoutout to Carlos.
He was extremely professional and apologetic. He explained that it was safe to assume my order had been stolen since it wasnt in the delivery section and it was suppoused to be since it was ready hours ago. Even though that was out of the store's control, he went above and beyond. He told me if I was willing to drive there, he would personally assist me and remake my entire orders. I ended up leaving satisfied; Carlos truly exceeded my expectations for customer service. Will be coming back.

I’m here right now. I’ve been here for 1 and 1/2 hour, my relatives in line waiting to order food, Disney style line it is. I’m sitting outside in the heat, no tables available inside. There’s no food in this world worth waiting an hour and 1/2 for. This is ridiculous. Ok, food arrived, I even fell asleep on the chair outside. Salmon was miniature and very dry, flavorless. Hummus, salad and rice were amazing, very good flavor, I have no idea what they put on that dressing but it’s yummy! Fried pita is out of this world, very addictive. Drinks are flavorless, meat flavorless, no napkins, I can’t believe no napkins in a place they just opened. Anyway, that’s my honest real time review. Good luck, they said the lady before them got a huge piece of salmon, lol.
I visited Cava for the first time today, and while the food was great, the service definitely needs improvement. I originally planned to order online, but since it was my first time there, I decided to order in person so I could better understand the menu. I noticed online that bowls come with a free pita bread, but when I received my bowl and was about to pay, I asked the cashier if I was supposed to get one. She responded with attitude, saying I was supposed to ask for it at the front where the bowl is made. Since it was my first time, I had no way of knowing that, and no one offered it to me during the ordering process. I was left confused, and eventually she did go to the back and get me one. Since they only opened about a week ago, I understand they may still be adjusting, but the customer service needs to improve quickly. A better attitude and clearer communication would make a big difference, especially for first-time customers.
