  Uncle Mick’s is honestly one of Jupiter’s best hidden gems. The food is absolutely incredible. I think a lot of people overlook it because they assume it’s just a bar, but they are seriously missing out. If you’re reading this and thinking about trying Uncle Mick’s, don’t hesitate. GO. They have the best cheeseburgers in Jupiter, hands down, and everything on the menu is high-quality and delicious. Definitely one of our favorite spots in Jupiter and a place more people need to know about.

  I absolutely love this place as well as the staff! Music bingo on Tuesday's is the best & having Megan as my bartender makes it even better. She’s AMAZING!! I first started coming on Tuesday’s for music bingo where I first met Megan and have stayed a loyal customer because of the staff. The staff seriously makes Micks my favorite place to come to.

  It used to be a great small town bar for a local to grab lunch, just got 6 wings and 2 beers for $30. This place is astronomical. The bar was also completely empty. I wonder why. The best part is the owner saying people like me are horrible when I called out the price gouging in his empty bar.

  Extremely Disappointed and Disrespected A group of us decided to visit Mick’s after I had heard several great reviews about the restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite, and I left feeling extremely disappointed, disrespected, and uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were the only table seated in the restaurant, with the other customers sitting at the bar. We were also the only Black customers there. From the beginning, our server, Megan, was not welcoming or friendly. Her attitude toward us felt negative from the start, and there was no warmth or hospitality. When my food arrived, my order was incorrect and the wings were extremely salty. I asked Megan if she could please take the food back to the kitchen or remove it from my bill because I was not going to eat it. She told me she could not do that because 3 wings out of the 10-piece order had already been taken. The reason three wings were gone was because others at my table tasted them to make sure it wasn’t simply my taste buds and agreed that they were overly salty. I did not continue eating the meal and left the remaining food on the table. What bothered me the most happened as we were preparing to leave. I was actually making sure that everyone’s tabs had been paid when Megan approached me and said, “Where are you going? You didn’t pay yet.” The way it was said made me feel as though she was insinuating that I was attempting to leave without paying. That interaction was incredibly disrespectful and embarrassing. Considering the way we were treated throughout the visit, and being the only Black customers in the restaurant, I personally felt singled out and discriminated against. I cannot speak to Megan’s intentions, but I can absolutely speak to how her behavior made me feel. Customer service should make every paying customer feel welcomed, respected, and valued regardless of their race or background. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at Mick’s. I came in because of the great reviews and expected to have an enjoyable evening. Instead, I left feeling disgusted and deeply disappointed by the service we received. Based on this experience, I would not return to Mick’s, nor would I recommend this restaurant to others.

  Uncle Micks. It’s really no more than a dive bar inside of a strip mall just like thousands of dive bars inside of a strip mall across the nation. It sits next to a Panera bread and about a 20 minute drive from the beach. It’s got pool, cheap food, cheap drinks, and my friends who are more like family now. Everything is as what you expect. There’s no dumb gimmicks or corporate BS. I moved away from my home of Jupiter a little while back, but i always recommend this spot as a landmark Location. Hell sometimes when I’m missing home I’ll throw a song on the TouchTunes from 100’s of miles away just to let my friends know who are there for the evening that I’m thinking of ‘em. I’ve watched the town for better or worse change and grow and A lot of places have come and gone. Does Uncle Micks have the cleanest bathrooms? Probably not. Does it look like the breakers hotel on the inside? Hell nah. Would I take a first date here? Only if I didn’t want a second. But I know, the moment I get off exit 87 on I-95 and hang a left into the first plaza, no matter where I’ve traveled or how long I’ve been gone, I’m home.
