My daughter was looking at the toys, and Carl went out of his way to bring her one, which absolutely made her day. He was also so kind and thoughtful enough to take our trash while we were still eating. It’s rare to see that level of genuine customer service and kindness anymore. Carl truly made our visit feel welcoming and special. Thank you for going above and beyond!

De service was ook niet al te goed ik had 2 baken kipnuggets besteld en het was niet een aangekomen ik moest er speciaal naar toe om te vragen naar mijn kipnuggets en ik kreeg er nogsteeds maar 1.

Almost always forgetting part of the order, charging the wrong amount on cards, and last but not least, missing not one, but both pattys on a Big Mac. After driving back and asking for a manager, not a single apology for any mistake or inconvenience. He was irritated I brought it back and asked for it to be made correctly. Would recommend any other establishment than this one.
