  15 minutes, even after using their stupid kiosk. You can see the time on my receipt and I took a screenshot of my phone when they handed me the food. I was told they were waiting on the food sounds good it would be nice but the food came out cold so what exactly were you waiting for

  The employees here have to be some of the laziest and uncaring of any McDonalds I have ever visited.

  The manager is passive agressive. He pretends to be a nice guy but he is not. Service their stinks. They refuse to do counter service, you are ordered to place your order at the stupid kiosk. One less position you have to pay I guess. Everything on the menu is over 1000 calories. There is nothing remotely healthy. The environment is as sterile and boring as a hospital waiting room. All they care about are pick up orders. Miss the old Ronal McDonald days. Wish we had another Wendy's on this side of town again!

  They charge a dollar for tap water. The server said small is free, but our manager doesn’t allow us to press that button. So we have to charge for water. What a complete rip off. Charging for tap water.

  The lady taking our food and not only stiffed us on our food but was also super rude and told us to be patient when we tried to bring it up and we ended up standing there for 10 minutes and completely ignored us. Other people in the group place also had difficulties and she was also super rude and stiffed them too overall bad customer service.
