- PAPaola Arias3 days ago1.0I’ve visited this Dunkin’ multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience with one particular employee has been consistently unpleasant. She is an older white woman, and her attitude toward customers is consistently rude and unwelcoming. This is not a one-time occurrence; every interaction has felt like a lack of basic customer service and courtesy. Customers should be able to order their food and drinks without being treated disrespectfully. I understand that everyone has bad days, but when this behavior happens repeatedly, it reflects poorly on the customer experience at this location. Management really needs to address this issue because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Nothing happened until, after six minutes of waiting, the lady asked if we were waiting for something. I said yes, and then she suddenly produced one of the coffees I’d ordered, but one was still missing. I asked about that last one, and she demanded to see the receipt—which we hadn't even been given. It turned out we *had* paid for that fourth coffee—a pumpkin one, importantly. I asked if we were going to get that pumpkin coffee; she said yes, but another employee said no—which just goes to show they have zero communication skills.

I felt really bad till I got to her & man her customer service and patience is top tier. Man she made 4 orders of refreshers & 2 frozen PB Oreo drinks under 5 mins ! Excellent food & drinks ! All thanks to Jasmine thank you so much for STILL giving awesome customer service & I loved my food/drinks !!
