    At this point just take the Mr Pibb sticker off the machine. Been out for months. Stop tricking people into buying drinks when it’s out and none of the Frescas or lemonades are ever made…

    Amazing, amazing how this place can continue to employ the most incompetent, lazy people. Their workstation was covered in old food, the workers were moving at a snails pace, what a display of the worst work ethic. This isn’t just a place of bad service but also unsanitary food preparation. Disgusting.

    I came in at a really busy time tonight and I was genuinely impressed by the staff . 99% of people would have been overwhelmed and short but everyone was so polite and patient. Great staff!

    This is by far the worst Chipotle experience. Both times I’ve been here I’ve placed a pickup order and neither time did any worker acknowledge me or ask me the name of my order. Just ignored and avoided eye contact and set my food next to me on the takeout shelf. Both times my food barely had any thing in it. Will be calling for a refund this was not worth my money
