  I swear this is the worst chipotle in the country. They are always out of protein. Not even in peak hours. I try to come here a few times a week before it’s next to my job and 90% of the time I end up just walking out. it’s disgusting and they’re out of almost everything. It’s not even that busy!!! I’ve worked at one of the busiest chipotle’s in Colorado. It’s not that hard to keep inventory and cleanliness up to par. This chipotle has by far ruined my image of chipotle. 10 out of 10 most disappointing eating experience every time.

  I've eaten here many times, and this has been an issue for years. If you get food before lunch, it's fine, but anytime after, especially dinner, it's never good. Tonight I picked up my food as it was being finished. The food had no real flavor, the rice was crunchy, and my bowl was very soggy for some reason. It was just very unpleasant overall, especially since it's happened before at this location. It's very disappointing to pay over $12 per bowl only to find it as gross as it was. Truthfully, just go to the location on Donald Ross, it's much better.

  Manager has a horrible attitude and hates to give guacamole to his customers. It’s almost like he hoards it all for himself. That guy can kick rocks and is horrible for the brand. EXPECT A HALF SERVING OF GUAC FOR $4.

  The management at this store is some of the worst I have ever seen. I actively watched someone who calls them self the assistant general manager bully an employee right in front of me with zero disregard to any one around which mean this has been going on for a long time. I also watched that same person sit on their phone and gossip with another employee. As the employee who was being bullied earlier tended to the giant line of customers all alone. This persisted for over 15min as I ate my food. The general manager of this restaurant needs to do something. As this is one of the most toxic work environments I have ever seen. And I can only imagine what happens when a bunch of people are not there.

  Please go to any other chipotle than this one. This is some how one of the worst chipotle in all of Jupiter. Workers always angry. Cookers always slow. Food never prepared and always waiting. More sad and angry kids than actual adults. Stingy with every bowl bowl and burritos they touch. You can go to any chipotle and it’s 100000% better than this Jupiter one and they’re actully filled with adult workers who work and don’t roll the eyes after every scoop. Do better.
