  An absolute gem! Incredible food, top-tier service, and wonderful vibes. I’ve been meaning to try Aquasan for a long time, and I am so glad I finally did! From the moment we walked in, the acute, inviting atmosphere set the stage for an absolutely wonderful, joy-filled evening. We started with appetizers, and honestly, every single one was fantastic: Hamachi – Fresh, delicate, and beautifully balanced. Crudo – Perfectly prepared and delicious. Wagyu Dumplings – Rich, savory, and cooked to perfection. Tuna Tataki – The star of the app course! An absolute stand-out that everyone loved. For our mains, several of us ordered the Fresh Catch, while others went with the Mussels and Fried Rice. Every single dish hit the mark—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly elevated the night, though, was the team. The manager was incredibly accommodating and made our group feel like total VIPs. On top of that, our server was not only adorable, but remarkably attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Aquasan pairs exceptional food with stellar hospitality. I can’t recommend it enough, and I will definitely be back soon!

  Really cool vibes in this place. Unfortunately I only had time to stop in for a couple apps, but both of them were EXCELLENT. The hamachi was incredible and the beef tataki was next level. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

  We received a warm welcome right from the moment we arrived. We loved the décor and the atmosphere. The service was excellent; we never ran out of water or anything else. The creative names of the cocktails made us want to try them all. The beef dumplings and the "Aqua San" surf-and-turf roll were exquisite, as were the salmon and yellowtail nigiri. The portion of shrimp served with the fried rice was generous. And the chicken curry was delicious. The chef was very attentive, personally checking to see how was the kids' burger. Overall, everything was perfect, from the water to the dessert. You absolutely must try the Key Lime Alaska, which is flambéed right at your table.

  I’ve been wanting to check out Aquasan in Juno Beach for a while, and after finally making it there for Happy Hour on a Wednesday evening, I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was exceptional. We were warmly greeted and invited to grab a seat at the bar, where we met Mac. Calling him a bartender almost feels unfair because he is a true mixologist in every sense of the word. Every cocktail he crafted had its own personality, and just when we thought he couldn’t top the last one, he surprised us with another incredible creation. The margarita that started the evening was outstanding, and the cocktails just kept getting better from there. Alex also made us feel incredibly welcome and guided us through the menu with fantastic recommendations. We ended up trying quite a few dishes because everything sounded so good. The tuna tacos were one of my favorites—beautiful, sushi-grade tuna that was incredibly fresh with layers of flavor in every bite. The grouper sliders were perfectly prepared, moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The short rib empanadas were rich and comforting, while the crab Rangoon had the perfect balance of creamy filling and crispy texture. One of the highlights of the evening was when the chef came out to introduce himself and surprised us with a few complimentary tastes from the kitchen. It’s those personal touches that really elevate a dining experience, and you could genuinely feel the pride the entire team has in what they’re creating. The restaurant itself has an amazing vibe. The atmosphere is stylish without feeling pretentious, energetic without being overwhelming, and every detail feels intentional. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for Happy Hour and suddenly realize you’ve been there for hours because you’re enjoying yourself so much. As if that wasn’t enough, we discovered that Wednesdays are Ladies Night, complete with a live DJ, fun energy throughout the restaurant, and some fantastic food and drink specials that make the whole experience even more enjoyable. From the exceptional service and creative cocktails to the fresh, beautifully prepared food and welcoming atmosphere, Aquasan absolutely knocked it out of the park. It’s rare to find a restaurant where every part of the experience—from the people to the food to the ambience—comes together so effortlessly, but Aquasan does exactly that. We’ll definitely be back, and next time we’ll be bringing friends.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AquaSan is such a unique and refreshing addition to the Jupiter wellness community! From the moment you walk in, you can tell the team genuinely cares about creating a welcoming, uplifting experience. Their handcrafted mocktails are not only beautiful but incredibly delicious, making it easy to celebrate, socialize, or simply treat yourself without alcohol. It’s inspiring to see a business that proves wellness and fun can go hand in hand. The atmosphere is positive, the service is wonderful, and every visit leaves you feeling a little happier than when you arrived. AquaSan is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend!
