  We tried Sander Landing, and the chicken sandwich was great! The burger wasn’t my favorite, but it was still decent. The fries were awesome, and the homemade onion rings had a slightly different flavor but were pretty good. The real star was the peanut butter pie! It was so good that I ended up ordering a whole pie. Definitely the highlight of our meal!

  Hello all, 8/22/2026 This was our very first time at this establishment, we found it on Google and decided to go there because it had decent reviews, accepted pets and had water views.We drove an hour from Delray Beach with our dog and arrived about 3:30 PM. There was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived and was seated right away outside with our dog.Our Waitress was Tracie and at first, she seemed enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the menu however over the next 30 minutes, she became a nuisance as she Relentlessly came to our table every five minutes asking us if we were ready to order, making us feel rushed even though the restaurant had no one else besides us as patrons… We normally don’t get rushed at good restaurants and had to eventually tell Tracie that we needed 20 some odd minutes to Settle down and review the menu before we make our entrée-food decisions, we were just trying to relax after a long week of work. We both did order appetizers Right away- chicken fingers with fries, coleslaw and a Garden-salad which we shared as an appetizer until we decided on what we wanted to have as an entrée… My wife had four draft beers and I had six during this time 1hr after eating the appetizers - When Tracie came back out to ask us what entrees we wanted we told her we needed a few more minutes and ordered two Draft beers one for each of us before finalizing our ok entrées - at that time Tracie Decided to become the beer police and started asking who was driving home because she was responsible for serving us -we have never been asked this before at any restaurant- After we answered Tracie she went back to get us the beers but at that time we decided we were not comfortable With her any longer as-having a waitress ask questions normally a police officer would ask… We shared an appetizer and we expected to be there another hour or more having the entrées and dessert But Decided to leave Because Tracie Made us feel very uncomfortable… on the good side, the chicken fingers, fries, and coleslaw all were fine as well as the Garden salad realistically though how can you screw up as they are just Appetizers. The restaurant and the food were fine, even though The dock is under construction, The real problem what does the poor experience as Tracie Interrupted us every five minute the intrusion on our quiet time was just thoughtless on her part but when she started asking questions about who was driving we decided to end Our dinner plans, and Go somewhere else… The last thing we have to add is, we were told that beers and food were half price for the summer however, when we got our bill, we noticed that Tracie was charging full Price for everything seems like a bait and switch she apologize for the ““ mistake” and rectified the Bill, but this does not help us with our opinion of Tracie or the establishment.… Randy, I know you take your business seriously and answer almost every Post - I would like you to weigh in on this one…. 🤷🏻‍♂️Randy- you addressed only one aspect of my review Cherry- Picking what you felt like answering and sounding sanctimonious in the process - I called out several concerns please address, see below… 1.Being overcharged by “mistake” even though it was Tracie herself who informed us of the discount. 2. Your Waitress pestering us to order interrupting our conversation every 5 mins (We actually timed her because it was Comical at that point) making us feel rushed until I asked her to leave us alone for at least 20 mins without interruption. 3. Her asking us who was driving home was completely inappropriate, unprofessional and no one’s business - The couple next to us ordered a bottle of wine but nothing was said to them!!- the following phraseology would sound professional and not be considered offensive - Politely stating “Sir Company policy requires patrons order a meal after six beers , may I take your order?”… John

  It’s a hole-in-the-wall with good food. Don’t let the fact that this place is by the water fool you into thinking it’s a nice place. It’s not. There’s a chain-link Rent-a-fence, a wind battered tarp and a giant crane that blocks your view of the water. There’s also weeds and overgrown grass that lines the outermost deck. The food, however, is excellent. The key lime pie is a little overpriced but also very good. Great beer and wine prices, but the selection is dismal. Maybe it’s because it’s the summer? Overall, a good experience, just wish the place looked a little better.

  Got the "award winning crab cakes". They wouldn't win any awards from me. Not even mediocre.

  My wife and I were in our anniversary trip and time got away from us we wanted seafood but this place was closing soon. We took a chance and placed an online order. Wow we're we glad. My wife ordered grilled Mahi with green beans and it was the best she ever had. I had the parm encrusted chicken wow it was delicious. Even with being close to closing they produced amazing food. Thank you so much for the great food and service.
