- KSKegan SchottMay 6, 20261.0The absolute worst customer service of any business ive been to. Got a pizza, door dash delivered and handed it to me, bring it inside and its crawling with ants. Not one or 2, but a colony of ants. Called to report it and papa johns denied any kind of responsibility, and argued with me about it. I eventually settled and had them just send me a new one which did show up fine. Fast forward a few months later (now), and i order a pizza and a soda. Food shows up fine, no complaints, but i ordered a 2 litre of soda and got a 20 oz bottle. Wasnt really a big issue until i tried calling the store. I have been stuck on hold for almost an hour, and am still on hold while typing this. The food might not be that bad but they seriously need some better management

I was there waiting for a pizza and 4 min when I grabbed it, got canceled during the trip.. the customer called me mad because she said she order a pizza 1:45 pm but I got the order at 3pm. I have been waiting that pizza for 23 min more and I left the order show me pending for cancelation because the long wait time.. I press ready and move forward.. close the waltmart the order was canceled and I called the support and ask why it was canceled. Now one know anything. Long wait time cause now cancelation for no reason. And this my firts time seems something like that. I try to figure out what the he'll is going on . If you are uber or doordash driver avoid this place always u have to wait alot for just 7$,10$.. and always will be your fault.
