  Junio was very quick and attentive to our table. He made us feel comfortable so I reccomend him as a waiter if you come here. I got the sampler platter, everything was great except for the wings which were too salty. besides that the atmosphere was comfortable and clean

  On 6/25, at 6:45 we were seated. The waitress waited on another table that was seated after us. They received their drinks & she came back to take their food order. She looked at me, walked past us & then started cleaning off a table. They were not busy, so we walked out. Don't be so obvious when you have no intentions on waiting on a table. It's rude, disrespectful & unprofessional. We've enjoyed going there, but this is our last time because of ONE terrible waitress. Do better!

  My kids took me here for dinner on father's day. I was given a card with money in it. When we finished our dinner we left. I forgot the card with money in it. Went back in to get it. According to them it disappeared. I know it was there. I will never go back to this place. I like honest people. Thank God it wasn't my wallet. This happened about an hour ago.

  Our appetizer came out cold at the same time as our meal? My daughter ordered the cookie and ice cream it took almost 20 minutes our drinks sat without refills and the table sat dirty. So overall we were disappointed.

  So, we recently started going to Buffalo Wild Wings again. I had a bad experience years ago with undercooked wings, which totally grossed me out. We started visiting and getting takeout from BWW about six months ago. Every time we dine in, the food quality has gone down, and the prices have gone up. I get that prices change, but $5 for a soft drink and $18 for a tiny portion of fries and a frozen chicken patty is just unbelievable. The fries keep getting smaller and smaller. I have to ask for my wings to be well-done just so they're not raw, and even then, they're barely cooked through. The lemon pepper dry rub is practically nonexistent, there's hardly any seasoning. The hot wings have this super thick sauce that looks brushed on instead of tossed, so they're not evenly coated. I'm not usually one to nitpick, but it takes a lot for me to get fed up, and today was that day. We spent over $60 + tip, which we could have easily spent somewhere else and gotten more for our money.
