  My husband and I walked in tonight(5/8/26)at 8:15. Only two people working that we saw and they both were on their phones. The boy cooking was posted up on the wall just on his phone doing nothing. They closed the whole dining room,so you couldn't even sit in there. I started to order and the girl proceeds to tell us that we can only get chicken or stuff that could be put in the fryer,because they already shut down their grill and it takes too long to get going again. So we left and went somewhere else.

  Came in 15 minutes before close and the employee straight ignored me and when I asked if they were closed he just looked at me ? Then proceeded to look at his watch then went back to the back ? Then when I get in my car he finally come to the front as if he wasn’t acting busy

  Absolutely the worse Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Not only was the service absolutely horrible, but the restaurant area, dining area, and cooking surfaces were disgustingly dirty. The floors were sticky and felt like they mopped it with sugar water and left to dry. There were food splattered everywhere, dried spilt drinks on almost every surface in front and behind the counter. The people working when we visited showed no sense of urgency, seemed to lack any organization, and appeared to have been poorly trained or just didn't care. The line of people kept piling up and it took roughly to get our order, part of which they got wrong. I watched as the ice-cream machine stopped working and it took the employee almost a full 10 minutes of back and forth from the kitchen to get it fixed again. In addition, I watched another person who was not wearing the DQ uniform just walk in behind the counter openly eating food a styrofoam container with his hands while the other employee worked. The person behind the counter repeatedly pulled his pants up while making orders and once stopped while taking an order to give another man a cup so they could get a drink. If that wasn't bad enough, they repeatedly got orders incorrect. Customers before had to have orders remade and I needed mine corrected as well. By the time I got my order back, the rest of my food was cold and my ice-cream was half melted. This location is not poorly managed, it's not managed at all. Whoever the manager is, they need to be removed for incompetence before the company as a whole gets a bad reputation due to this place. If you want DQ, I would absolutely NOT recommend this location. I advise you to keep driving and find a different DQ to eat at.

  Ate here today🤢sure wish I hadn't. The grill is broken so no burgers. You could get chicken tenders but no parmesan, no more shrimp baskets . I ended up settling for a chili dog and onion rings ,while the onion rings weren't bad I'm almost positive the chili dog was prepared a few days ago one bite and I threw it out. Subway was out of ham & turkey. The only employee we seen working at DQ was nice I felt bad for her having to share all the not haves as I'm sure she was tired of having to tell customers over & over and again. Probably a good day to close the doors. The last time I went a month ago with my grandson after 10 mins waiting to even be acknowledged there was no ice cream. The next attempt 2 weeks later went on a limb for a blizzard and we got it in liquid form so needles to say today will be last day trying to support this local business it's a complete waste of a lunch break and IF you can get anything off the menu it's likely going to be a waste of your hard earned dollar and throw in the trash. Yes I should've taken a picture before throwing it the trash however the disgust got the better of me initially. This place is in terrible need of new ownership/management badly😔
