  They have the employees working WITH NO AC. JUST TERRIBLE. unable to wait inside for food due to heat. Nice employees deserve better.

  I just went to place an order for some Cajun fries, they asked if I was picking up and immediately denied me service due to the fact they supposed had a 50-100 tender order and said it would be a hour wait. They did not even ask me what I was going to order, one of the male workers looked visibly upset when I said I was not picking up. I just wanted some fries, I am genuinely so upset and this just ruined my night. Thanks a lot Wingstop…

  Wings are good, you probably won't get the ones you ordered, but they should taste good, we often go back to get the correct ones or the full order. But they usually make it right for us.

  Zero stars for this place !!! Not even one ! I came in to pick up the order was delivery as a vendor . The order had a soda drink and the bag of food. Upon arrival , I noticed that the bag was ripped and I wanted to bring this to their attention. While looking at the damaged bag , apparently the cup fell down on the counter and the drink got spilled a bit . Hispanic female with long loose hair started yelling at me : “You spilled the DAMN drink ! “ I replied : “ Do you want me to pay for it !” She replied : “ Get out from here now and I will call your company to report you “ . So, she threw me out of the restaurant. Then , few minutes later , she stepped out of the restaurant and started following me . When she got close to me , she pointed her phone at me . She was obviously video recording me . I was afraid that she would hurt me more! She must be hating her job , otherwise , I don’t see why would she act so abusive in front of the customer and other employees! I have never experienced such treatment at any restaurant in my lifetime . Besides , I have delivered a lot of orders for this particular restaurant. On the pic you see this Wingstop employee who is pointing her phone at me , threatening to report and trying to make me miserable in public . Apparently , she hates her job ! I tried to explain that it was spilled accidentally, she would not listen to me , she continued acting unprofessionally. This behavior can not be tolerated and she needs to face consequences immediately. All I wanted was to fix the ripped paper bag that was full of wings . I ended up cancelling this delivery . They don’t deserve my time and effort , my professional service . In the video , she states that I threw the drink in the restaurant. She did not see me throwing any drinks . She was the first person to notice the spill . The incidents like this happen in the restaurants over and over again . The drink , as I mentioned earlier , was slightly spilled , it didn’t end up on the floor or anything. There was absolutely no reason for me to throw anything. Drama Queen was just craving some drama and she can have it now ! Obviously, her frustration was misplaced. I know it does suck to be frying those wings all day long . However, there are no excuses for this behaviour! I do not recommend using this restaurant on Monument Road to anyone unless you want to have a bad or horrible experience. Read other negative reviews where customers reporting ugliness during the service. Thanks for reading . This cannot be tolerated! Who likes to pay for bad service ? You can buy wings and fries at other places !
