    I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family and I had with our recent Wingstop order while visiting family in Jacksonville. I placed my order online because I needed the convenience of having it delivered to us. Unfortunately, it took approximately one hour for the restaurant to prepare the order and another hour for it to be delivered, meaning we waited a total of two hours to receive our food. By the time it arrived, everything was cold and no longer enjoyable. I politely called the restaurant, hoping they could offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I was met with someone who was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Before I could fully explain the situation, I was told there was "nothing they could do." When I continued asking for assistance, I was met with an even worse attitude. I was told that if I wanted my food remade or my money back, I would have to come to the restaurant so they could "make sure I wasn't lying." This response was unacceptable. I ordered online specifically because I was unable to go to the restaurant. After already waiting two hours for my order, expecting me to drive there defeats the entire purpose of paying for delivery fees. I remained respectful throughout the conversation and even pointed out that I was not being rude and simply wanted help resolving the issue so my family and I could enjoy our evening together. The employee then told me she had "four other customers who were more important" and placed me on hold. I also contacted DoorDash, and they reviewed the delivery timeline. They confirmed that the two-hour delay was excessive and acknowledged that the food would understandably be cold. However, because I placed and paid for the order through the Wingstop app, they explained that only Wingstop could provide a refund or remake the order. What disappointed me even more than the cold food was the complete lack of customer service. Delays can happen, but treating a respectful customer with such disregard is unacceptable. I expected accountability, empathy, and a reasonable resolution—not to be accused of lying and treated as though my concerns didn't matter. I would appreciate someone from Wingstop reviewing this experience and providing an appropriate resolution. I also hope this incident is addressed with the restaurant staff so that future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

    Wingstop Order #8952926188 Writing this post as proof that I placed an order from this location on the Wingstop website and never received it. It’s been over an hour since I placed it and watched several door dashers come and go but my order never showed picked up, only waiting for order. I finally called at 12am and the manager on staff was extremely annoyed and unprofessional. They refused to give me their name but stated that my door dasher had left with my order and stole it. I informed them about the tracking and they said the tracker doesn’t work on their website or DoorDash but call back tmrw for a refund. I thought that was strange because I have never had any issues before nor should I have to wait to have my money refunded for an order that I did not receive. Even more concerning was the tone and aggression of the “Night Manager” when I was completely calm and just wanted to know the status of my order. But if the service is this bad over the phone I can only imagine what’s it’s like in person!

    I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to after the service I got from Perry at Wingstop. You can tell immediately when someone actually cares about the customer experience and the store itself. Perry stayed professional under pressure, kept the energy positive, moved with urgency, and still made customers feel welcomed even during busy moments. What stood out most is that Perry works beyond the position title. Most employees just do the minimum — Perry pays attention to detail, helps keep things flowing, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and carries leadership energy naturally. The store honestly felt more organized because of him. As a customer, employees like this are the reason people come back. Management and ownership should pay attention to team members like Perry because they represent the brand extremely well and have clear leadership potential. Keep him around and invest in him.

    I’m glad they brought Perry back! I love how he promotes the items and surveys! I’ve been coming here for 3yrs and he’s been one of the best employees at this location! I really how he becomes a manager
