  The staff here is great! Always hot fresh food. Staff always happy to help and friendly. Even seen some guy get all mad and start yelling and acting crazy cause he thought they skipped him (they didn’t). He was yelling and cussing at them and they stayed professional and tried to explain that his food wasn’t quite ready yet, the guy just stayed there yelling at the poor young lady who handled everything like a champion. Great deals, great staff, highly recommend

  I normally come in the afternoon around lunch, I came around 8pm. Totally different experience! The cashier was nice enough but I believe she suddenly left, so all orders had to be placed online. There was definitely tension in the kitchen. Because the cashier left, the tall skinny guy with dreads doing the fries had to come to the front of the store and do the drinks and hand off the food, but he had MAJOR attitude and anger towards all of the customers. Very sassy and irritable, and highly disrespectful!!! You can tell he didn’t want to be there at all, throwing bags and pans around, very unresponsive and not accommodating. I’ve never seen service this bad anywhere! I understand they were likely overworked but still he needed to show the customers some respect. The guy cooking the chicken in the back was the only normal one lol 😂 but my order was wrong when I got home , realized I had almost all drums when I paid for all flats …. Don’t think I’ll be back here soon

  It's Tuesday and I generally cook during the week but in the middle of a move, I just didnt want to. Good thing too! I'm a Wingstop fan but I'm more this Particular Wingstop fan. The wings were crispy and full of flavor as well as being tender. My fries were crispy but soft at the same time. I did forget the drinks I ordered but that was a me problem. The place was extremely busy and I dont think the two crew members working intentionally did not remind me on purpose, it was an oversight and I had drinks at home. We bought a 30pc for two and every flavor Classic Hot, Hot Honey and Louisiana Rub were delicious. The gentleman that helped me was polite and accurate on what my remaining time would be (I ordered online). Definitely a place I will visit again!

  Wingstop Order #8952926188 Writing this post as proof that I placed an order from this location on the Wingstop website and never received it. It’s been over an hour since I placed it and watched several door dashers come and go but my order never showed picked up, only waiting for order. I finally called at 12am and the manager on staff was extremely annoyed and unprofessional. They refused to give me their name but stated that my door dasher had left with my order and stole it. I informed them about the tracking and they said the tracker doesn’t work on their website or DoorDash but call back tmrw for a refund. I thought that was strange because I have never had any issues before nor should I have to wait to have my money refunded for an order that I did not receive. Even more concerning was the tone and aggression of the “Night Manager” when I was completely calm and just wanted to know the status of my order. But if the service is this bad over the phone I can only imagine what’s it’s like in person!

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to after the service I got from Perry at Wingstop. You can tell immediately when someone actually cares about the customer experience and the store itself. Perry stayed professional under pressure, kept the energy positive, moved with urgency, and still made customers feel welcomed even during busy moments. What stood out most is that Perry works beyond the position title. Most employees just do the minimum — Perry pays attention to detail, helps keep things flowing, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and carries leadership energy naturally. The store honestly felt more organized because of him. As a customer, employees like this are the reason people come back. Management and ownership should pay attention to team members like Perry because they represent the brand extremely well and have clear leadership potential. Keep him around and invest in him.
