  That particular wing stop was the worst experience i ever had the food sucks they left out certain things on my order i tried calling multiple times they dont answer bit when they do answer they put you on hold forever so with that been said i don't recommend particular wing stop to my worst enemy this v is my ratings the food was an F the service was an F and the astomsphere was an F

  I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop around 11:00 PM on June 16th. I went in to pick up an order under the name "Zoë." The cashier told me there was no order under that name, even though I could clearly see it displayed on the screen. I informed her that it was the second order listed. She then responded, "Oh, for Zo," and when I politely corrected her and said, "No, it's Zoë," she argued with me and insisted that I was wrong about my own name. To make matters worse, she proceeded to call the order to the kitchen using the incorrect name as if she was trying to prove a point. A simple correction should not turn into an argument. The interaction felt unnecessarily disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service should involve listening to customers, not debating them about their own name. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

  No ice in the drink machine- a little run down and dirty. Two people came in while we were there saying their orders were wrong

  They gave my order to the wrong Uber Eats driver. I called to see what was going on, and they said they couldn’t have given my order to the wrong person because they “haven’t given out any orders.” I said cool, so then my order should still be sitting there right? And then she goes to check and says that they gave the order to someone already…okay. I said well, can you remake it because another driver is on the way and I still do not have my food. They refused, and stated that I would have to contact uber to put the order back through their system. That’s not how that works. I already paid for my food. The food is always good which is why I always order from here but the customer service is garbage.
