Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Same great Whataburger food that you're used to, but nowhere close to the legendary service you come to expect. They were so uninterested in me I thought I was in a Wendy's. Tossed my food in a bag on the counter and shouted out my name at 230 in the afternoon with an empty restaurant, after I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order (who didn't even greet me or act interested.) No reason to ever go back.

    Daniel is amazing he’s seen me a few times and honestly deserves recognition for the above and beyond job he does. He let me know about the free entree with my review through Whataburger themselves on the receipt and those little things really are the details of the job most people don’t care about and he should get credit for always being on top of it

    First time visiting however I was not impressed by the service which seemed like it was a bother to wait on a customer and was not particularly happy with food left a lot to be desired. I'm not sure if this is normal or results of bad day, but I think I will keep them in mind for another chance to change my opinion
