Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JDJennifer Davis4 days ago5.0Every time we’ve been here the food has been good the service is good. On 5/15/26 we did curb side to go. The young lady that bright our food out didn’t realize they left the salad off. She ran all the way to catch us at the stop sign just before we turned onto 103rd. Not many other people would have done that. My daughter was asking about applying for the job while we were at the drive thru one time and the guy was really nice and patient with her. We’ve been here quite a few times and have that to have a bad experience.

Can you believe they put the gravy in my bag without a lid so the gravy was spilled over everything my fries my biscuit inside of the bag and all it was not a lid in sight nowhere in the bag is one thing if the lid came off, but not to have a lid at all it’s ridiculous good thing the meal wasn’t for Child because the gravy is pretty hot so I asked for a refund and you would’ve thought the manager that came to the window would’ve told me your next meal is on us so I asked him about it and he says well we gave you a refund so I said yes, I have gravy everywhere also
