  Great food everything was made quick and exactly how I ordered. Mary was very kind and brought my food out. Will be back Duval!!! So were the other two boys at the front desk they were awesome!

  HORRIBLE! Last time I went there I was 1 hour and a half on the drive thru. I couldn t wait anymore. Outside the building were multiple people complaining because as same as me they were waiting for more than 45- hour. An employee came out and when I ask he literally said “ what you want?” I said “ what I want?” I left. I paid $25 and never got my food. I live literally 3 min from this Whataburger and I prefer to drive to be a h blvd or the beach to get a burger. That bad is this place. And for the owners. If you are short staff and you need to run the bussiness with people that doesn’t want to work. Is better you close the rest just for 1-2 days and get people that at least get the bussiness running. Is bad bad bad.

  This is the first time in years that I have gone back here. I am just as unimpressed as I was back then. I thought they make the food fresh, but they can't be because my onion rings were luke warm and my chicken sandwich was dry and smelled like it was cooked in burnt oil. The pricing of the sandwiches doesn't make sense. I don't think the third time will be a charm, even if I wait another 16 years.

  This Whataburger on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville was a great experience! Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and the burgers and fries were both excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Even with a steady flow of customers, everything moved quickly and the team seemed to have things running smoothly. We travel quite a bit, so we appreciate finding a reliable place where you can get a good meal without a hassle. Great food, great service, and definitely a Whataburger location we’d stop at again when we’re in Jacksonville. Five stars!
