  Well, I just arrived from Foley, Alabama to THE Jacksonville. What a burger I ordered some food for my sons who also were the ones who sent me.\n And after I paid and still at the window, I realized I forgot a hamburger so I ordered a separate hamburger. You know, what a burger and paid for it. The girl in the window had me pull up to the VIP line, and she was gonna bring the food out. So I pull up and I'm sitting there waiting. She comes out gives me the bag with the food and being late and I'm tired from driving all day, I didn't even look inside. I get home where I'm staying and my Sons take everything out of the bag. My apple pie that I ordered on the first order and the extra hamburger was missing. I'm feeling like I just ordered it and paid for it, How did it not get its own separate bag? How did I not get the apple pie with the first order? So,I for sure called up explained it, talked to the manager and wrote her name on the receipt, and I went back the next day. I got my apple pie which was pretty good and I got the other burger for 7 something you know, and that's why I went back there. I wasn't gonna throw $7 out the window, so it was a little disappointing that there was that kind of a mistake, but you know, they rectified it

  Spent 28 dollars, asked for a raspberry refresher and they put a bucket of ice and within two sips the drink was gone. So make sure you say less ice and hopefully you get it, unfortunately they are understaffed the poor staff were working so hard but there was a long wait. So beware of coming here late at night I’d probably go to another location. Plus lots of homeless people.

  Hands-down, my favorite fast food spot to get breakfast from. Lunch and dinner me and New are decent, but breakfast is where it’s at. Can’t go wrong with breakfast on a bun or the breakfast burger. I typically add the hashbrowns to my breakfast on a bun or do light sauce on my breakfast burger

  Literally their overnight crew is the worst had a young man named Will supposedly if that was even really his name but it’s September 12 as I’m writing this so that’s who’s ever on the night. Crew was extremely disrespectful. Danielle the manager told us to pull over to a spot and park and the food would be out to us. We set out their mind you at 4 o’clock in the morning the only people in this place at all, there was no other guest there we were the only ones in the drive-through we were literally immediately told because we ordered pancakes. We need to pull up and park. Please put the same talking waited for over 20 minutes. My husband goes inside to ask for our food. The young man said oh yeah it’s been done. We didn’t know where you were though a manager told us to park there. I then call the store from the parking lot the same young man answers the phone speaks to us disrespectfully laughed at us then I tell him I will reach out to the store manager tomorrow and he says well he’s not gonna be here tomorrow so good luck with that so I am leaving my review here. I will also reach out to corporate or whoever can overseas because this is a corporate location. It should definitely be looked into.

  This has to be the worst Whataburger in Jacksonville other than the one on Philips Hwy. Both times I’ve come here and it wasn’t busy, Food took way longer than it should’ve to come out and the people that are supposed to work at the front counter don’t even acknowledge you and are rude. Won’t be coming back to this location if I’m in the area.
