  I'm 9 months pregnant and just wanted a good late night burger, but I guess I'll be going to McDonalds instead from now on because at least they have had better customer service at night. The teenagers who work at night here are too busy making silly voices in the drive thru speaker and playing around to actually trust customers like people or make good people. They gave me a burger that was very very obviously old. Before I even opened it, I could tell the bun was HARD. I'm attaching a picture and you can see when I tried to open and look inside, the bun cracked like it was hard and not a soft rip. This is so disappointing and I was craving this burger all day...

  HORRIBLE The customer service is bad the lady was sassing us and didn’t let us finish our sentence and I got 2 chicken sandwiches with no tomato no mayonnaise and not spicy what I got a chicken sandwich with mayonnaise and tomato and it’s spicy come on man don’t go here

  I don’t remember the girl who took my order but at 8:42 pm on May 8th 2026 she was amazing! Look at the cameras she is an absolute doll. And the guy who cashed me out also amazing. I think his name was Logan I might be wrong was a sweetheart loved both of them. 10/10

  I go to Whataburger daily, my son loves an item that is no longer on the menu. However they do not hesitate to prepare it for him upon request

  When you walk in you’re greeted by Marcus. He listens well to your order and repeats it back for accuracy! Asks you if you want your receipt, I kindly declined. He brought our shakes to us and then our food as well, he asked us if we would like ketchup or a spicy kind. Made sure we had napkins and anything else we may have needed for our meal. My husband and I can really appreciate Marcus’s work ethics. While we waited for our food Marcus was multitasking perfectly. Disinfecting tables and helping people who walk in to dine at the same time. He’s friendly and efficient. While we were eating another employee came into the dining area and as she was walking to have a seat she looked at Marcus with a nasty side eye. Idk what that was about but she better leave Marcus alone. He’s doing his part perfectly. A few minutes later another employee walks out to that same woman and tells her you shouldn’t be sitting down. I think that could have been said away from the diners. However, with that being said there are/is always room to improve. There are lip marks on the windows, I’m assuming from someone’s silly kid… still… wash the windows. People notice these things and start thinking just how clean is this place? Food was great. We have zero complaints about the food. As you can see we didn’t even get a before picture lol
