  The old bait and switch...all week I have been getting notifications that price per bay was $20 untill 11am.everyday. Showed up this Sunday and the manager said that promotion ended...figures, they get you in the door and blind side you... Bad business model top golf

  Can get pricey if you stay a while but the food and service were top notch. My server Preston was attentive and engaging, and we ended up having a great evening. You expect bar food to pair with an activity type place but the kitchen really put effort into both dishes we got.

  I spend a ton of time at Topgolf, I try to make my game time right around lunch so I can grab their Grilled Chicken sandwich and the side salad. I highly recommend the Platinum Package. Free game play every weekday from open - 5pm. 20% discount on food and other game times not during your free play time frame. Topgolf Jacksonville is a great place for friends and family; golfer or not they have games to keep everyone entertained.

  Overall, the visit was decent. Some of the front desk employees’ customer service could have been better. The service at the bar wasn’t that great. They could have been more attentive. The fries that multiple people ordered were old, but the other food was good. The drinks were okay. The service at the bay was way better. Recommend having more staff on Friday’s during the early afternoon since people are likely to get off work early.

  We had a gathering of out of town guests kick off the wedding festivities at Top Golf this week. We had called and spoken to the venue several times, and had been told we did not need to create an event for our four bays to be together, but to just have a member of the party show up early and we would be accommodated. It was a weekday afternoon, so the place was virtually empty when we arrived. The check-in staff and the manager on duty were not helpful, and informed us it was company policy to not put 4 bays of people together if they had not booked as an event. Thus our party had 3 bays together, then 5 empty bays, then our 4th bay. It put a damper on the entire spirit of the party and just felt like a staff that did not care to help create fun memories for the bride and groom. Three stars because the place itself is well kept, the food was good, and the waitstaff on the floor were great. However the check in staff and whoever we spoke to multiple times on the phone could have done a better job assisting a customer group of 20+ people. Lesson learned, we should have got in writing what we were told on the phone.
