  Majority of the time my food is fresh however a few times it wasn't hot and made sloppy.I would say the night/ midday crew they have now as of lately are really consistent on hot fresh food praise them and tell them to keep up the great work.

  The team was swamped but they made these orders fast. My food was hot and fresh and I got the chips and cheese. You guys are awesome

  I don’t have my food anymore but everything was delicious just ordered last night and Everyone was nice and pleasant. Even though I ordered in the drive thru I do know from ordering quite a bit The lobby is always clean and I’ve never had a Problem. I ordered two Baja Blast but did notice that I received one Baja blast and one Starry which was fine I didn’t feel like mourning around and getting back in line which was not long by the way and they got us out pretty quickly. However, I did call and they said to come back to get a free one when I’m ready and they took my name. I have to say that everyone is Pleasant and goes above and beyond especially Terry so I’ve been happy with my orders in the drive thru, dining in as well as Delivery I’m literally like a minute or two away

  Every time I come to this location rather it's inside or Drove Thru it's always a pleasure and Pleasant trip the lobby is always clean I have never seen it untidy or anything andy food is always hot fresh and delicious I never have to wait in long lines sometimes in the drive Thru but ita never too long they get you out of there quickly and everyone has always been so nice Especially Terry he is an Amazing Worker, Nice and always Pleasant! Keep up the Great work at this Merrill Rd location

  What are the hours of the establishment? I tried going to the drive through on 4/30 at 1am and although there are workers inside, there’s a “closed” sign on the drive through window. Update your hours.
