Placed a mobile pick up because I know they’re a little slow there. I placed it at 5:26. Showed up at 5:39. Said order would be ready to pick up at 5:55. To be fair, I was early, but I went in to let them know hey I ordered this I’m here when it’s ready. Fast forward to 6:15… still haven’t gotten my order. No one came to the counter to check or update me, or the other 4 people who had been waiting as long I had been. I finally called out and got someone’s attention. I told them I’d been waiting and was just wondering what the hold up was. Just asking for clarification because I’m ready to leave without my food and cancel my order. The young man looked at me, nodded and walked away. About 20 seconds later a young girl with facial piercings came to the counter (none of the people had name tags) very rudely and loudly said “we short staffed okay if you want to cancel the delivery you can but we short staffed and we busy.” I said I’m not here for a delivery I placed a mobile order. Another female asked my name, I gave her my name and someone yelled from the back “we doin it now” and the female who asked for my name walked away and said “yall wanna put your shoes on and come back here and work to help us out, then you can complain. Cause we short staffed, yall gone hafta get over yallselves …” at that point I stopped fully listening. The interaction with ALL of the employees on shift 04/13/2026 between 545pm and 630pm were unprofessional and unnecessary.
I wouldn’t have had such an issue if someone had kept me, and the rest of us waiting, apprised of the situation. It wouldn’t have been such an issue if I had not witnessed them moving slow. It wouldn’t have been issue if they were trained better. To be honest, they could have at least given me my cup so I could have a drink while I waited for the rest of my order. They were literally only dealing with drive thru and not the counter. I finally got my order at 6:29pm. Literally OVER AN HOUR after I placed my order. I’m not sure who the GM is, SM is, but they need to rethink their hiring process. And possibly rethink the staff they currently have on duty there.
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s, this is the worst one I’ve ever encountered. Every time I go in, there’s a problem with attitude, wait time, and customer service.
