  Arrived as the second car in line. Extremely long wait time to order. Once I got to the window i was yet again waiting. I was told to park near the door and they would bring me my food. Guess their time meter was registering at this point since there wasn’t anyone behind me at the window. After 30 mins of being at this location I went inside, they had no idea what was going on. The inside was filthy. I asked for a refund and was straight told NO. I truly wish there was a 0 star review option. Also would like to mention the one bite I had tasted like chemicals.

  I love the way taco bell has later hours at this location. I love the Chalupa.

  I rarely leave reviews but this is quite possibly the slowest Taco Bell in Jacksonville, had to wait over 25 minutes for a Crunch wrap slider & a Value Menu beef burrito that i ordered for pickup on the app, and went through the drive thru to pickup. They said they had to cook some nuggets for the Crunch wrap and told me to pull into a parking spot, i understand that happens, that wasnt the problem, im in customer service i give alot of slack in situations like this. But After 20 minutes I went inside and waited roughly another 5-10 minutes to pick it up. The older lady that helped me was super nice and polite, but lord have mercy it does not take over 20 minutes to fry some small chicken nuggets, anywhere. Burrito was cold by the time I got my food, presumably because it was made first waiting for the other to be cooked. & This isnt a problem for this location specifically, but all TBs going kiosk only in the lobby is a very mcdonalds thing to do. Didn't help the mood after walking in. Literally go to any other TB location

  Taco Bell this evening was on point. The staff were friendly and inside looked very clean. Usually drive all the way to Town Center due to past issues at this location. However, tonight was a turning of the tides!

  I feel like a lot of you who review forgot how hard it is to work fast food!! They handled my order PERFECTLY and the girl working cashier was so sweet I wish i got her name. The food was great and the wait was fine.
