  Good quality Taco Bell location. Clean inside. Feel that takeout/order ahead takes priority over kiosk in person/dine in ordering.

  This is by far the best Taco Bell in Jax I came through tonight after spending the last several hours at the kernan er with my daughter I got excellent service and customer service. These people are an exceptional bunch I’ve lived here 20 years and when I’m buying Taco Bell it’s from the location at Hodges in the Publix and ace plaza

  Yall gotta figure this out. Why am I sitting in the drive though for literally 30 minutes not moving. I am very dissatisfied with this location, please either close down or get it together.

  I am beyond upset right now. I paid for four burritos yesterday. All four were wrong but only was able to get a remake for two of them. I decided to take my loss and get the two remain just to get all the way home and have chipotle burritos something I’m allergic to. It’s the crazy part and when I call I get hung up on now. I have to leave my sick child at home again to go up here and get food for the four times. I am so mad.
